Ingredients
- 1-2 pats of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1–2 ounces (27–57 g) of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper

,In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them. Over a small bowl, Repeat with the remaining 2 eggs
The eggs should be beaten together with a fork after being sprinkled with a little salt and pepper
Gently pierce the yolks of the eggs with a fork to split them up, then beat the eggs. The eggs should .then be mixed by whipping them in a circular motion
.Use another eggshell to pull out any shells that may fall into the dish

Chop your favorite meat and grate 1-2 ounces (28-57 g) of cheddar cheese. The cheese should be grated using a little grater. Once the cheese is completely shredded, run it through the grater several times and set it aside. To avoid cutting yourself, be careful to keep your fingers out of the way.
If you like, you can buy cheese that has already been shred.
Use a knife to cut the meat into manageable pieces if you intend to add the meat. The meat should be microwaved for 15 to 30 seconds if it is frozen
A medium frying pan should be heated with a few pats of butter. Set a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove. When the butter is added to the pan, allow it to simmer until it foams. With a spatula, spread it out over the pan.
Spread out the eggs after adding them to the pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and tilt it to ensure that the eggs reach the pan's edge. To spread them out, you can alternatively use a fork or a spatula.
For a few minutes, let the eggs cook on their own.
Once the eggs are mostly done, top with cheese. Observe the eggs. They ought to begin to firm up on the bottom as they cook. When they do, if you move the skillet, they shouldn't wobble too much. On top, they need to nonetheless appear somewhat damp. Over the omelette, smear some cheese. If you want to add meat, now is the time

Overlap the omelet. Be delicate as you gently run your spatula beneath the omelette's edges all the way around. Like a taco, fold one side of the omelette over the other.
When the omelette begins to brown, remove it. The omelette's bottom will start to turn a light brown color. When it does, use your spatula to help the pan fall onto a plate by tilting it just a bit over it.
If desired, top the omelette with a little fresh parsley.
Never worry if your omelette turns out a little underdone. You can either put it back in the pan to cook on the other side for a few minutes or you can microwave it for about a minute. The center, however, need to be somewhat soft.
